255 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
Please read these Terms carefully before using 255's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all the conditions set out below.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 255 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 255 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions contained in this document.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 255 platform. This platform is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older and who access the service from a region where such activity is permitted under local law.
255 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the latest version of the Terms.
2. Account Creation & Security
To make full use of 255's services, you will need to register a valid account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name, an active email address, and a reachable phone number.
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at any one time. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 255 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected].
- Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or sold to any other party.
- Users must be at least 18 years old to register.
- Providing false information during registration may result in account suspension and the return of any balance, subject to review.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
As a user of the 255 platform, you agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia or wherever you access the platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 255 platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access the platform or manipulate betting outcomes.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to another party.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or attempts to manipulate the system.
- Using a false identity or payment details that do not belong to you.
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs or vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner inconsistent with the original intent of the offer.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and/or appropriate legal proceedings.
4. Payment Information & Transactions
All financial transactions on the 255 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). 255 supports a range of payment methods popular in Malaysia, including FPX (Online Banking), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and other local payment options listed in the platform's deposit section.
A few important points regarding transactions:
- Deposits: All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
- Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated on the platform. 255 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
- Minimum limit: Each payment method has its own minimum deposit and withdrawal limits, which can be reviewed in the finance section of your account.
- Tax: Users are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations related to their winnings under applicable Malaysian law.
255 is not responsible for transaction delays caused by payment providers or circumstances beyond our control. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
The 255 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, 255 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to service disruptions, technical errors, or third-party actions.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 255 platform — including logos, brand names, interfaces, text, graphics, images, and software — is the exclusive property of 255 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from 255.
Third-Party Links
The 255 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational purposes. 255 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Accessing third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
255 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the account has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or been used for unlawful purposes. In such cases, the account balance will be frozen pending investigation, and 255 reserves the right to forfeit the balance if fraud is confirmed.
Users may also voluntarily close their own account by contacting our support team. Any eligible balance will be returned via the original payment method within the stipulated timeframe, subject to a final account review.
Changes to Terms
255 reserves the right to amend, add to, or revise any part of these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via in-account notifications or registered email. The date these Terms were last updated will be shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform following notification constitutes acceptance of the changes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations between both parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
